Terms & Policies
By purchasing a membership, class pack or drop-in class with Elúna Collective Ltd, you agree to the following terms and studio policies.
If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@elunacollective.co.uk.
Memberships
- Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- Membership cancellations must be requested by emailing hello@elunacollective.co.uk at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid further payment.
- Unused classes do not roll over into future billing periods and are non-transferable.
- Memberships may only be paused in exceptional medical circumstances and must be requested in advance via email with supporting medical documentation. Holiday, travel or schedule-related pauses are not permitted.
- If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended or cancelled until payment is resolved.
Guest Passes
- Selected memberships include guest pass credits so you can bring a friend to class using Book a Friend in the Elúna app. Guest pass credits are intended for guest bookings only and are not for personal use. Guest passes do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing month. Elúna reserves the right to remove guest pass credits from a membership where they are regularly used for personal bookings. We will always contact you first, and any change will apply from your next billing date.
Intro Offers & Class Packs
- Intro offers are available to new clients only and limited to one per person.
- All class packs and intro offers have a fixed expiry date from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are displayed at the time of booking and purchase.
- Unused classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
Extension Policy
- All memberships, class packs and intro offers have a fixed expiry date from the date of purchase.
- Unused sessions cannot be transferred, rolled over or reinstated after expiry.
- Extensions are not permitted and may only be considered in exceptional medical circumstances at the studio's discretion. Supporting medical documentation may be required.
- Requests for extensions must be submitted via email before the expiry date. Expired packs or memberships will not be extended retrospectively.
- Travel, holidays, work commitments, scheduling conflicts or unused sessions are not valid reasons for extensions.
- Any extensions or goodwill credits issued by Elúna Collective Ltd are discretionary and do not create entitlement to future exceptions.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All classes must be booked in advance through the Elúna app or website.
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the class start time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time will result in the loss of that class credit.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and class credits will not be refunded or returned.
- If you are booked into class from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy still applies.
Waitlist Policy
- When a class is full, clients may join the waitlist through the app or website.
- If a space becomes available, you will be notified and invited to book the available place. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until you have completed your booking.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to check in and set up safely.
- For safety and to avoid disruption, late entry is not permitted once class has started. The studio operates a locked door policy and entry may be refused after the scheduled start time.
- Clients who arrive late will still forfeit the class credit.
Studio Etiquette
- Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Please bring a water bottle with a secure lid and wear suitable activewear.
- Mobile phones should be silenced before entering the studio space.
- Elúna Collective Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
Health & Safety
- Participation in all classes is entirely at your own risk.
- By attending classes at Elúna Collective Ltd, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are fit to participate and have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postnatal considerations or other relevant health information to your instructor prior to class.
- It is your responsibility to inform the studio of any changes to your health or physical condition before each session.
- Elúna Collective Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a client to stop exercising if, in the instructor's judgement, continuing may pose a risk to health or safety.

- Elúna Collective Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary.
- In the event a class is cancelled by the studio, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible and class credits will be returned in full.
- We may require a minimum number of bookings for classes to run.
Refund Policy
- Except where required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.
- Unused classes, expired packs, late cancellations and missed sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
- In exceptional medical circumstances, the studio may, at its sole discretion, offer an extension or studio credit with appropriate supporting documentation. Cash refunds will not be issued.
- Any goodwill credits or exceptions made by the studio are discretionary and do not create entitlement to future refunds, credits or extensions.
